There is nothing scarier than a clown. Nothing. We’re not sure if this trailer for Eli Roth’s Clown is real or fake, but one thing we do know is that it’s terrifying.
It appears that this trailer might actually be for a real movie written by Waverly Films’ Christopher Ford and Jon Watts. It says that it’s going to be directed and produced by Roth, but we also know that this filmmaker does love to put out fake trailers, so who knows?
Still the idea that there’s a clown suit out there that will transform you into an evil carnival-esque monster is enough to make us all throw up our popcorn. Because again, there is nothing scarier than a clown.
UPDATE: It’s fake, according to Roth’s twitter. We had a feeling it was too good to be true.
