Bargain PDA and ClieSource both review the new Clie Digital Video Recorder from Sony (also known as the PEGA-VR100K) that can automatically record TV shows and save them to Memory Stick memory cards for later watching on Clie handhelds. The idea is that you could watch your fave shows on the go, like while commuting or traveling. Sounds like the VR100K works pretty well and that the video quality is good. The major downside is the price — the Clie Digital Video Recorder costs $300, which is more than a TiVo goes for these days.
