Designer Guillermo Sureda Burgos is getting serious about cool boats, and in addition to creating designs for personal submarines, he’s dreamed up this concept for a four-passenger hydrofoil. He’s not saying how fast it will go, but from these pictures it looks like it’s moving along at a hasty pace.
Sureda Burgos does mention among the renderings that the craft is meant as an alternative to business jets, operating in busy coastal areas. Even if it never gets built, these are some spectacular shots of an awesome design; maybe someone will use the idea in a science fiction movie or as a carnival ride.
