Blatantly attempting to cash in on this whole pseudo-controversy about the iPod’s battery life (e.g. “The iPod’s Dirty Little Secret, etc.), a law firm in San Francisco says they’re investigating a class action lawsuit against Apple “on behalf of iPod owners whose batteries have died or last their ability to hold their charge.”
