Verizon V710 Class Action Suit Expands Nationwide

By

Reading time 1 minute

So you know when we all sit around and bitch that mobile phone carriers are screwing us out of services because they can, but they we sort of forget about it when we start rolling up new characters? Well now you can actually do a little something about it, presuming you’re a Verizon customer who purchased the Motorola V710 with the crippled Bluetooth stack. Kirtland & Packard, the law firm who had filed the original class action in California against Verizon, has opened up the suit to customers across the country. Do what you want, but if you felt like you got ripped off when Verizon let Motorola hype one thing, then offered another, you’ve got a chance to get some retribution (or $2, whichever is less).
