From its first trailer, people have noted more than a few similarities between Tom Cruise’s upcoming scifi flick Oblivion and Pixar’s wonderful Wall-E. I’m kind of amazed it took this long, but someone finally took the bait and made a mash-up using the Oblivion trailer’s audio and footage from Wall-E; unsurprisingly, it works out insanely well. Seriously, someone broker a marriage to Katie Holmes and pay the Scientology enrollment fee, and I’d say Wall-E’s action movie career is only beginning.
