Who Wouldn’t Want a Flying Car That Floats?

So, Tim Cook just dropped what he thought was an “Oh, snap!” worthy diss on Microsoft Surface, saying, “I suppose you could design a car that flies and floats, but I don’t think it would do all of those things very well.” But wait.

One might just as easily say, “You could build a device that’s for telephoning and computing, but…” I mean, come on. Some devices are designed to do multiple things very well. Hell, how about seaplanes? They do, I believe, fly and float, and some of them even put out forest fires. My point is this:

If someone came up to you and said, “Hey, do you want this car that can fly and float?” You wouldn’t be like, “NO! That’s stupid. I just want it to do one or the other.”

Who among us wouldn’t buy a flying, floating car if the build-quality was good and the price was right? Sound off.
