We’ve seen his outfit and raged. We’ve seen him eat hamburgers and wept. But this new promo centered around the speedster has a lot of new footage of Quicksilver in action, and all that footage is looking pretty damned awesome.
To be fair, most people who gotten to watch X-Men: DOFP early have said that Quicksilver’s scenes are some of the best in the film, but now we have some visual confirmation, as this video featuring Quicksilver breezing through a world that seems so slow to him that it’s effectively frozen. The effects look great, and now I’m eagerly look forward to seeing Pietro strut his stuff at mach 3. Now if only they’d given him a decent haircut…
