Could you pass the gom jabbar test? Ride a sandworm? Sit on the Emperor’s throne? Until now, unless your name is Paul Atreides, the answer was probably no. But starting in November, Legendary and Warner Bros. are teaming up with Fever for something called Dune: The Experience, which will blend an immersive experience and museum exhibit in a way only the world of Dune can.

Timed to help promote the December 18 release of Dune: Part Three, Dune: The Experience opens sometime in November in Los Angeles, CA. The plan is to tour after that, but exact cities and dates are TBD.

“Step into the world of Arrakis with an immersive, real-life experience that invites you to journey through the universe of Dune, blending interactive storytelling, iconic environments, cinematic soundscapes, and striking visuals as you travel across the trilogy,” the official website says. “Step into an atmosphere built to be touched, heard, and felt firsthand, with opportunities to test yourself against the Bene Gesserit, discover hidden messages within ancient carvings, claim Paul Atreides’ throne, and capture an unforgettable photo moment with a colossal sandworm. Complete your journey by refueling at the themed culinary lounge, grabbing exclusive merch, and building the hype as the universe expands towards Dune: Part Three.”

The site dives a little deeper too, confirming that you can, in fact, do the gom jabbar test (minus actual physical pain, we’d hope), take photos on the Emperor’s throne, recreate some of the film’s movie posters, and see tons of props and costumes from all three films. All of which will, apparently, be in a controlled environment whose visuals and sound make you feel like you’re in Dune.

There’s no word on exactly how long the experience will be open but, apparently, it’ll at least be through the end of December. It’ll probably depend on what kind of demand there is. And the best way to start building that is to sign up for the wait list on the official site. See you on Arrakis.
