You've Never Heard of Inhon, But It Made One of the Skinniest Laptops You've Ever Seen

You've probably never heard of Inhon—but that might be about to change. The Taiwanese manufacturer has just launched the Blade 13: a laptop which is just 10.7mm thick.

The company claims that makes it the thinnest laptop in the world—undercutting the previous best, NEC's 12.8mm Lavie X, by a whole 2mm. It also weights just 1.9 pounds. That's pretty light. It does pretty well for specs, too, cramming a Core i5 or i7 CPU, 1080p screen, 128GB or 256GB SSD and 4GB of RAM into its dinky frame.

Launching in Taiwan in June, it's set to retail for $1,350—so it's even good value. It's currently unclear whether it'll make US shores—but it would be pretty sweet if it did. [Engadget]
