iTam Tam iPod Dock Is Strangely Unique, Expensive

Close to 99% of all the iPod Docks we've ever seen look about the same. This iTam Tam looks nothing like those. Imagine making a dock that's shaped like a stool or a gong, and this is what you'd get. A concave cylindrical thing that's got a slot for an iPod/iPhone at the top. How does this sound? Who cares! At $570, you're not buying this for the audio quality. @ara: The top half is rendered - and they gave the high res tif file to an intern who 'knows' photoshop.

so they did the reflection on a layer by flipping (cos they're Gen Y - lazy) and have no clue about perspective and this is the result.

Could be one of mine even...except the Gen Y thing would be so wrong.

That speakers looks like its a 12" speaker and it probably can deliver some good sound.
Or maybe it has smaller speakers and the middle part is a bass/treble speaker.

someone in marketing who is good with a MAC did that one.

But yes the Icons do set us for the better one.

Maybe its an illusion you have to hold from your face a inches, and it all becomes clear.

i love its unique design, but i wouldn't that much on any stereo system. i would try one of these ipod docks, although they are not good as those expensive ones.
