At some point over the past year appliance makers began a design war to see who could come up with the most innovative and original range hood designs. And with its new retractable Pareo hood, Italy’s Faber has just made a strong push towards victory and bringing an end to that war of aesthetics.
Three stainless steel rings telescope down from the ceiling and provide both extra lighting with 4 LEDs, and fresh air thanks to a fan that can suck almost 20,000 cubic feet of air every hour. But more importantly, when in operation the fan is quiet enough to be almost imperceptible to the human ear. However, we’re assuming the one thing that won’t go unnoticed is the price.
