Not to be confused with the Danny Glover dragon-centric Moby Dick, this whale story is grounded in reality, sort of. Plus get a better look at the future social networking brain-to-brain in 0000. And finally, Ghost Shark!

Ghost Shark
Really, we think the title says it all. Enjoy.

The Last Defender
Quiet Earth stumbled across this interesting but short concept trailer for alien invasion picture The Last Defender. There's not much information on the film or whether it's a short or a full feature flick. We agree with QE in that it looks like Transformers had a baby with District 9. Check out the teaser, you could cut the suspense with an alien laser! We're in, so show us more Last Defender, if you're out there, listening.
Concept Trailer:
0000
We just can't stop thinking about Eddie Alcazar's new indie scifi project 0000. Forget the haunting poster pictured above, we're much more intrigued by the concept...and the adorable little boy and these amazing glasses. The film dabbles with experimenting with a collective consciousness. The main character seems to be creating a device that will plug all minds into the other, we think. Check out the short teaser and synopsis...
Synopsis:
The mind of one man will galvanize a global revolution. His technology will birth a new era of human existence and social connection, but this great gift is rooted in dark tragedy. If he is to survive, he will need the help of many, and if we are to survive, our awareness must grow.
