Russell T. Davies wouldn’t really do this, would he? One of those oh-so-reliable British tabloids, the Daily Mail, claims that Charlie Chaplin protegee Claire Bloom, who’s in David Tennant’s final Doctor Who episode, will be playing the Doctor’s mother.
