A hotel room with one free outlet by the bed, and a laptop, a phone and a tablet that all need power before morning: that is the situation a multi-port charger is made for. UGREEN’s version is cheaper at the moment, since the Nexode 65W drops from $39.99 to $27.99 on Amazon for Prime members, a 30% discount. It is a wall charger with three ports and a GaN chip, sold here in Black.
Three Ports and a Plug That Folds Flat
The Nexode has two USB-C ports and one USB-A port, and it can charge three devices at once. The USB-A port is the one I’d keep for older cables, the kind that come with a smartwatch or a pair of earbuds, while the two USB-C ports take the laptop and the phone. One thing to understand before buying: 65 watts is the charger’s total output, so the power is shared when several devices are plugged in, and the listing I worked from does not detail how it is split between the ports.
With a single device connected, 65 watts is enough for a thin laptop. UGREEN’s own figure is a MacBook Air M3 charged to 51% in 30 minutes, and the listing also names the Dell XPS, the iPad Pro and the Steam Deck among the compatible devices. I would not count on it for a large gaming laptop or a workstation that ships with a much bigger power brick, because those machines draw more than this charger can supply.
Size is the reason to choose a GaN charger over the adapter that came with your laptop. Gallium nitride components lose less energy as heat than the silicon used in older chargers, which lets manufacturers pack the same power into a smaller case. UGREEN says this model is 50% smaller than the original 61W USB-C charger it uses as a reference, and that it runs cooler. The plug folds into the body, so nothing sticks out to scratch a screen or catch on a cable in a bag.
On the phone side, the compatibility list covers the iPhone 17, 16 and 15 series, the Galaxy S26 and S25, and Google’s Pixel phones. That makes the Nexode a reasonable single charger for a household with mixed brands, or for someone who wants to leave the laptop adapter at the office and keep this one in the travel bag. The listing does not mention a cable in the box, so I’d plan to use the ones you already own.
Color changes the price by two dollars: the UGREEN Nexode 65W is $27.99 instead of $39.99 on Amazon in Black, as an exclusive Prime price, while the Glacier Blue and White versions are $29.99 for members. Returns are free.
