A lot of the improvements this time around help you to get even more health tracking. It now measures your HRV up to every five minutes for real-time feedback on how your heart is doing in a few different ways. That can be really good if you’re keeping an eye on something specific, or if you’re just really curious about how your internals are actually doing. The Vitals app now helps you out with a daily sleep score and can use those insights to try and feel more rested the next day.
You also get a readiness score based on all of the readings it can take to tell you how well you’re going to do during the day. The power of coffee can undoubtedly help out, but it’s nice to see if you should try to go for a new personal best in the gym or something. It’ll even detect if something has happened, like a bad fall or crash, and automatically connect you with emergency services and notify your emergency contacts. Hopefully you’ll never need that feature though.
On top of all of that, you’re still getting a stylish new smartwatch that can help you keep an eye on your notification, engage with Siri as you need to, even having conversations with it, and an amazing battery life that’ll last you all-day-long, and charge incredibly quickly.
