Well, we warned you it was going to happen back in July, but we’ve just started to see our first reports of AT&T enforcing their policy of slowing internet speeds for the 5% of heaviest users. #OccupyBandwidth

Update: Just to be clear, this is only for people who are grandfathered in on unlimited data plans. Tiered data users will not be affected. Basically, unlimited has limitations.
