It's no plastic wicker with a plastic daisy on the front, but it's a great idea: structurally combine handlebars and a basket into one piece. Sadly, I think it's a design concept, not a product.
I'm not an expert, but it strikes me as wiser to have the basket attached to the centerline frame, rather than the handlebar unit. As is, if you have a heavy load, it becomes much harder to steer. Momentum is a bitch. Turn left and you'll have to push back to the right immediately to slow the load from make you turn WAY left.
