June 20 is the official launch date for the BD-P1000 along with eight sexy movies including The Fifth Element and Basic Instinct 2: Risk Addiction is coming in July. What about great, classic comedies, you ask? How about a Blu-Ray version of A Knight’s Tale. I wish i knew how to quit you, King Arthur!

As we mentioned before, I’m a big Blu-Ray whore after seeing both products, but that’s just me. Luckily, this is just the initial rash of content. I also saw Memento on BD and that was some good stuff. Let’s see how this thing performs in real life.
