Like so many not so great movies, Breaking Dawn: Part Two actually comes with some pretty cool concept art. Somewhere in these images of a little girl riding a giant wolf, a demon-eyed guy with blond dreadlocks, and people running around with telekinetic and electrical abilities, there’s a great movie waiting to be written. Let’s see if we can find it.

The Aaron Sims Company produced these images for Breaking Dawn, and it gives us the movie’s action shots free from the wooden acting and relentless house porn. In my imaginary movie based on this art, the wolves are clearly the stars and there’s a fairy tale arc: little girl loses her mother to demonic forces and is subsequently raised by awesome giant wolves. I just haven’t figured out where the lady with lightning hands fits in.
