Brompton, the classic foldable bike, has finally revealed their “Project X” campaign: it’s an eBrompton, which is a Brompton bike with an electric motor. And fret not Brompton fans, the motor won’t mess with the legendary fold of the bike.
There’s not much known about the eBrompton right now but it’ll fold no problem. The motor will likely add a bit of weight to the frame but there’s no details on how much. The eBrompton is supposed to go on sale in the UK and Germany next year with a worldwide release coming in 2013. [Road.cc via Wired]
