You probably really want Canon’s new $6,000 flagship DSLR. But if you were on the fence, the beautiful noise it makes as its shutter flicks open at 16 frames per second—like a kind of soothing machine gun rat-a-tat-tat—might just convince you.

The guys at ePHOTOzine got their hands on the 1D X Mark II and posted this video of the camera’s 16 frame per second continuous shooting mode to YouTube. Its faster than its rival, the Nikon D5, can manage—its rapid fire mode can muster just 12 frames per second.

You probably still can’t afford one, of course. But may well want one more than ever.
