Testing was done on a Windows 11 PC in Europe with a 190.36 Mbps connection. We measured each Vietnamese location against a Hanoi Speedtest server and checked its IP address on whatismyipaddress.com. Lookups placed all three IP addresses in Hanoi, with no IPv6 address detected on any connection.

Download losses were 23.3% on NordVPN, 30.8% on ExpressVPN, and 40.4% on Proton VPN, whose server was at 46% load. The three Vietnamese locations are virtual, and Vietnamese sites read them as local.
