Italian Christmas Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
15 oz. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Almond Glaze Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-4 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp almond extract
Sprinkles
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix butter and sugar, then add ricotta cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Then add the wet ingredients and beat together until combined
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and bake for 8-10 minutes
