Comcast’s Net Neutrality Case Settlement a Win For the Internet

Comcast, the largest ISP in the US, settled their $16m data discrimination lawsuit Wednesday. They didn’t admit wrongdoing and customers are only eligible for a $16 award. But, importantly, they set a precedent for other ISPs: Throttle at peril! [Yahoo]
