Pardon me for being a bit of a fanboy, but the Dell UltraSharp LCD displays are really the cat’s pajamas of the LCD world and it should be considered a crime against humanity to prevent the rest of the world from enjoying the UltraSharp LCD displays. Dell has announced today the release of three UltraSharp LCDs for the European, Middle Eastern and African markets.
North Americans are already familiar with the products Dell is releasing overseas: the 24-inch widescreen 2407WFP, 20-inch 2007FP and 20-inch widescreen 2007FPW. These monitors use DVI interface, S-Video, composite and the 2407WFP has component inputs. The 2407WFP and 2007WFP even support HDCP. Prices for the displays will begin at £399—or roughly $750.
