Redshirts everywhere get their very own musical tribute in MJ Hibbett & The Validators’ music video “Don’t, Darren, Don’t” off their concept album Dinosaur Planet (previously mentioned here). Rendered by Scary-Go-Round and Bad Machinery artist John Allison, Darren is an utterly dispensable police officer off to investigate some suspicious goings-on. But he’s no more prepared for a team of cybernetically enhanced dinosaurs than any other character who dies 15 minutes into his or her movie. Poor Darren.
