MSMobiles.com was at the big IFA trade show going on in Berlin and got to play with T-Mobile Germany’s new MDA II, the successor to the T-Mobile Pocket PC Phone which came out last year. They’re saying it’ll be one of the best Pocket PCs ever once it comes out later this year, and with its 400MHz processor, 128MB of RAM, Bluetooth, a built-in digital camera, and a 65,000 color touchscreen, it look like the MDA II does substantially improve upon its predecessor. There’s no word on whether T-Mobile USA will carry the MDA II in the US, but they almost certainly will probably sometime late this year or early next year.
