The ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium adjusts the heating and cooling in your home while also saving energy and lowering your bills. It also comes with a few extra smart features, like a built-in air quality monitor that alerts you when the air quality drops, plus shares tips on how to improve it.
You can now pick this handy device up (with a smart sensor) at a 19% discount on Amazon, which drops its price from $260 to $210. Unlike most early Prime Day deals, this one is open to both Prime and non-Prime shoppers right now. Shipping is included, and you may also be able to get a rebate from your energy provider (starting at $100), which can help you save even more! This is a limited-time offer, though, so it’s better to grab it as quickly as you can.
More than just a thermostat
The bundle includes the smart thermostat itself, plus a smart sensor worth $50. The sensor detects the rooms you’re actually using and adjusts the temperature of your space in real time based on that. Because you won’t be wasting energy on empty rooms, you can save up to 26% on heating and cooling costs every year with this system.
Beyond the temperature adjustment, the smart thermostat detects the air quality in your home and notifies you if it goes below a certain level. You also get tips to improve it, plus reminders to change your air filter when it’s time for a replacement. On top of that, it can work as a smoke alarm detector (with a subscription), as well as a smart home base station for controlling other smart devices around the house. What’s more, you can even play songs or listen to podcasts using your thermostat’s speaker!
All the important stats can be viewed on the thermostat’s large display, and you can manage settings with the ecobee app on your smartphone. Installation is pretty straightforward, as the package includes everything you need to get started. We just suggest taking a look at ecobee’s support page to make sure the thermostat works with your existing setup before buying it.
All in all, if you’re looking to manage your home’s temperature smartly and reduce energy bills, the ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium can be a good investment. You can now grab it for $210 at Amazon, down from $260. The offer is open to all shoppers right now, and the retailer is also offering free shipping with your purchase today.
