One of our favorite comics to come out of DC’s New 52 relaunch was Jeff Lemire and Alberto Ponticelli’s Frankenstein, Agent of S.H.A.D.E., a gleefully deranged horror/science fiction/espionage hybrid starring a poetic patchwork monster and his crack squad of paramilitary monsters. Here’s an exclusive preview of the third issue, in which Frankenstein and his team get swamped by a living tide of skittering exoskeleton.
