The future Transformers films will maintain one key element of the previous films. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 may have cast a new superhero. You might have to wait a bit longer than usual to see new Game of Thrones. Plus, high-res images from Suicide Squad and The Force Awakens. To me, my Spoilers!
Akiva Goldman says that the human element of the franchise will remain an important part of the films going forward:
Fundamentally, there seems to be something really great about the interaction between the two species, [humans and Transformers]. I think that, in the main, I would suggest that would be something you wouldn’t want to squander. That doesn’t mean that you couldn’t do all sorts of things for a little while.
Deadline confirms the recent news that Pom Klementieff has been cast in the movie, adding that she is being allegedly lined up to play the superhero Mantis. Mantis, who has psychic abilities and connections to the alien Kree race, has had an uneasy relationship with the Guardians in the comics.

In a new episode of Collider’s Heroes podcast, host Jon Schnepp claims that Daredevil will appear in the series in some capacity:
You’re definitely gonna see Matt Murdock in Jessica Jones. That’s a fact. He’s in it. I don’t know how they interact, but he’s in the series.
Note Schnepp specifically says Matt Murdock, rather than his superhero persona Daredevil, so Jessica may just approach the lawyer for legal advice (at one point in the comics, Jessica and Luke Cage even acted as bodyguards for Murdock at his practice) rather than team up for some superheroics—but as ever, it’s best to treat this as rumor until it’s confirmed by a more official source.
Matt Ryan discusses bringing Constantine to the Arrow universe:
There are certain things he’s doing, like picking up a sword and fighting with it, that are slightly different. And there was a period of adjustment as well, when I first put on the trenchcoat again. The first take I thought, ‘What am I doing?’ But after a while it was like, ‘Ah, there he is. There’s the posture. There’s the physicality of him.’ What’s great about that episode is that John comes into this Arrow world, and everyone doesn’t believe, or doesn’t know about, these occult worlds beyond ours, and John’s just like, ‘Look, this is the way sh— is.’ And he’s an arrogant bastard as well, so everyone’s a bit thrown off by him.

Daryl actor Norman Reedus has been given his own AMC series about Motorbikes, prompting speculation that his days in the zombie apocalypse show are numbered. However, the show, Ride with Norman Reedus is only six one hour episodes, so it’s not exactly like Reedus could not carry on with The Walking Dead as well as his new show. [TV Guide]
