Matias USB 2.0 Keyboard

Reading time 1 minute

It’s been a long time coming, but finally someone had the sense to make a keyboard with an integrated USB 2.0 dock. Matias debuted this at the Apple Expo in Paris, and it looks to be another winner for the maker of the Tactile Pro Keyboard. It features a two-port USB 2.0 hub on the back, as well as one on top for additional connectivity (the press photo shows it with an iPod Shuffle). The white version is made for Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X, and features all of the alternate key characters printed on the keys (so you know what happens when you combine it with an option or shift key). The black version doesn’t have the same detail, but you can use it on both PCs and Macs with OS X 10.4 or higher.
