The Motorola C139 is a very low-end phone launched by Cingular. It isn’t as thin or pretty as the RAZR or Q, but it doesn’t share a similar look with the PEBL. This candybar phone is just that, a phone. No Bluetooth, no camera, etc. It does include text messaging and a basic calendar. This phone is available for Cingular’s GoPhone pay-as-you-go or budget monthly services. The phone itself costs $39.99 and comes preloaded with $10 worth of airtime. Not too shabby.
