New conspiracy documentary claims that oil companies are covering up UFOs

Sometimes you get a perfect storm of conspiracy theories. Witness this trailer for forthcoming documentary Sirius, where the energy crisis, global warming, and aliens are all wrapped together into one giant plot masterminded by corporations and government.

I can't decide what I like best about this movie, which comes out April 22. I love it when the filmmakers dissect the teeny tiny alien corpse and pull something out of its head. But I also love the novelty of the idea that companies have already figured out a safe alternative to fossil fuels by reverse-engineering captured alien ships. BUT THEY DON'T WANT US TO KNOW ABOUT IT. Luckily, our intrepid filmmakers have explained it all to you, in case that makes no sense.

These dudes didn't think very hard about this. The profit margin on selling free energy versus burning coal and oil is literally infinite profit, minus maintenance costs. No drillers to employ, no rigs to build, no sites to scout, no pollution regulations or carbon trading schemes... just the cost of the reactor and a couple of guys to watch it. Then you sell the energy for half of what oil energy costs, everyone calls you amazing, win awards and reap infinite profit forever versus marginal profit until the oil runs out.

If the oil companies knew how to build free energy reactors, they would have and they'd be richer than ever.
