We have to believe that most things that come out in Japan first will eventually come home to us. So here’s a sneak preview of 3 Sony VAIO type F TV series and 5 VAIO type S series notebooks that will be available in the land of the rising sun. The type F TV laptop comes—quite obviously—with a built-in TV tuner and runs on Intel’s Core Duo CPUs. It also has a DVD drive and a TV remote and is only 1.2 inches thick. Look for models VGN-FT90PS, VGN-FTG90S and VGN-FT50B. The VAIO type S series also use the Core Duo CPUs and the VGN-SZ90 includes a LED back lit screen. Other models include the VNG-SZ90S, VGN-SZ80PS, VGN-SZ80S and VGN-SZ70B/B.
