Does Lifehacker have any hacks for getting rid of a persistent cold/fever/sickness? Because that's been me this week. Let's see what they do have.
Jason- oranges and zinc (at least 30mg, but not more than 50). And of course, copious amounts of water. Drink to the point where you're peeing like 8 times a day.
Fought off at least 3 bugs this way this year. I felt like i was going to get sick, and then didn't- normally i get a cold or two and the flu, but haven't been sick this year- apparently, many people are zinc defficient and don't realize it. We (guys) need more zinc than girls, and it apparently gets used up faster when you're sick.
