Thanks to Vanity Fair, we’ve been getting the best look at the new characters from Star Wars: The Force Awakens we’ve had so far. Now they’ve released an image of Game of Thrones actress Gwendoline Christie in her chrome Stormtrooper armor as another new character, Captain Phasma.
Captain Phasma is a member of the First Order, the entity that succeeds the Empire in the new trilogy of films. And, in this photo by Annie Leibovitz, Christie looks appropriately badass in her Stormtrooper-style armor, which has been dubbed “Chrometrooper” armor by fans. We approve — and can’t wait to see her in action.
