Secretly at night the group of robots at Seattle Children’s Hospital threw a party for Blinky the Surgeonator, who turned five-years-old this week.
Blinky opened his own gift which was lovely bottle of WD40 and enjoyed some some silver robot cake.
The entertaining robot video was recorded by the staff at the Seattle Children’s hospital and shows off the dexterity of the daVinci robot surgical system. The $1.3 million system has performed over 400 pediatric surgeries since it launched in 2006. [TechFlash]
