Game better, more comfortably

This controller builds on the features that were loved by gamers in Dual Shock 4, while also adding quite a few welcome upgrades for an even better gaming experience. It’s got an evolved, two-tone design which pairs the familiar layout with better, more responsive sticks. It’s made to feel really nice, comfortable in the hands, which makes a lot of difference during extended sessions. You won’t be left with sore palms and painful fingers by the end of an exciting night.

It replaces traditional rumble motors with dual actuators, so you can actually feel what’s happening on the screen, such as changes in the environment and the kick of different weapons in real time. It just adds to the overall immersiveness by letting you experience action instead of just living it through the screen.

The controller can also be used with a number of devices. It can be paired with a compatible iPad, iPhone, Mac, or Apple TV5 via Bluetooth, and features like motion sensor and adaptive trigger work perfectly fine in compatible games regardless of the device. Additionally, there’s an option to connect it via a USB-C cable as well, if you prefer a wired connection. Then there’s a dedicated 3.5mm jack to connect a headset and chat with other players as you game. It’s also helpful for recording your in-game moments with fun voice commentary, or stream the action live. As for the battery, a single charge can last anywhere from around 6 to 12 hours, depending on the usage of advanced features. To recharge, simply plug a compatible cable into the USB Type-C port.

The Sterling Silver model is now down to $59 at Amazon, after an impressive 26% discount. You’re saving a nice $21, plus you will enjoy free delivery on your purchase. Now is a good time to pick one up if you’ve been meaning to upgrade. Note that it comes in four other colors, but they’re not on sale at the time of writing. We will keep an eye on it, though, and update this story if anything changes!
