Qixen P’s Renovatio concept phone is fairly striking but it doesn’t exactly blow us away—we’re still drooling all over Jaren Goh’s super sexy Black Diamond, sorry. The feature list is a little too basic for our likes, the keypad styling is nothing special, and we can’t imagine something shaped as awkwardly as the Renovatio’s would be any fun to hold.

We do rather love the use of both plain wood and Chinkin lacquerware on the outside of the Renovatio cases though, as we don’t see either one very often in consumer electronics, even in luxury items. Let wood be the new aluminum!
