Outdoor security cameras make it easy to keep an eye on the outside of your home at all times. These offer a lot of peace of mind, and especially come in handy when you’re away but still want to stay connected.

The most advanced options, however, don’t exactly come cheap, but that’s not the case today. Amazon is currently offering the Reolink triple-lens PoE security camera at a $60 discount via an on-page coupon, which drops its price from $300 to $240.

Wide area of coverage

The 18MP triple-lens coverage system uses a 10MP dual-lens panoramic camera for a wide 180-degree view, along with an 8MP (350-degree pan and 50-degree tilt) camera for zoomed-in detail. You get the full picture of the area, which ensures there are no important spots left out, plus will be able to view subjects closely to get a better idea of what’s happening.

The cameras deliver sharp, vibrant picture quality in both bright and dim settings. The night vision supports two modes; white light and full color, so you can choose whichever view you prefer. Additionally, white light offers always-on, manual off, and alarm-triggered settings. The latter can help with deterring any potential intruders when it detects motion in your specified area.

Another standout is SynTrack, which locks onto subjects and follows them as they move across the space. If you’d like the camera to focus on a single place, you can tap any spot on the panoramic view, and it’s going to shift the focus to that location! What’s more, there’s Advanced AI Detection that makes it possible for this Reolink camera to differentiate between people, vehicles, and animals. This translates into fewer false alarms, since you’ll only get notified when there’s something that actually needs your attention.

Reolink triple-lens camera supports quite a few storage methods for the recordings. You can add a microSD card with up to 512GB of storage, subscribe to Reolink Cloud (not available in the US), or save footage through a Reolink NVR or FTP/NAS servers. Footage can be viewed from the Reolink app, PC, or NVR, plus be shared with multiple users for easy monitoring.

Setting the thing up is pretty straightforward as well. You can mount it on the wall, ceiling, or any corner of your choice without a problem. The camera is now down to $240 at Amazon, after an impressive $60 discount with the on-page coupon. Shipping is also free, so there are no extra charges to pay here today.
