At the International Conference on
Intelligent Robots and Systems in San Francisco last month, Meka Robotics showed off their mechanical arm and head combination.
The arm is built to emulate human motion and flesh, the eyes are designed to react naturalistically to visual stimulus, and the haircut is shades of Osamu Tezuka. I’m assuming there are plans to install a couple Kalashnikovs in its rump.
