LG’s Optimus G—the boilerplate for the wonderful Nexus 4—is getting a big brother. According to a leaked image acquired by Engadget, LG has a 5-inch, 1080p monster coming.
The phone’s full reported specs are a 1.7Ghz Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064, LTE, 2GB RAM, 32GB storage, and a 3,000mAh battery (still not quite up to the Razr Maxx HD’s absurd 3300mAh). It would measure 139 x 70 x 10.1mm, weigh 160g, and have a 13MP rear-facing camera. The design seems to be altered from the Optimus G and Nexus 4, but retains the hard lines and angles that made those phones so pretty. We assume we’ll see this at Mobile World Congress next month.
