Samsung chose well when they decided to name their tech lineup “Galaxy.” It’s a massively broad and diverse group of devices, far bigger than a mere world or solar system. The Samsung Galaxy spans flagship smartphones that compete at the top of the Android market, tablets positioned as genuine iPad alternatives, and a smartwatch platform that integrates tightly with both.

Back Market currently lists a full complement of Galaxy devices at refurbished prices that are well below what the holiday shopping season will likely offer on comparable new hardware. They’re are also eligible for additional price reductions through Back Market’s trade-in program. We pulled out three great examples — head to Back Market to discover the rest.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (Unlocked, 256GB, Titanium)

$1,204 List $499 Back Market (Fair) $549 (Good) $581 (Excellent)

The S24 Ultra is Samsung’s best proof that a flagship smartphone camera system can compete with dedicated photography equipment. The 200MP main sensor is the headline figure, but the sensor count matters less than what Samsung does with the processing pipeline behind it. The phone produces usable images in low light at settings that would degrade most competing hardware. The combination of the 6.8-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display with a 1440 x 3120 resolution makes the results easy to evaluate on the device itself. The 12GB of RAM keeps the system responsive under the kind of multitasking that pushes a smartphone’s memory allocation into uncomfortable territory, and the unlocked configuration is your ticket to avoiding installment plans and contracts.

List price on the S24 Ultra is $1,204. Back Market’s pricing runs $499 in Fair condition, $549 in Good, and $581 in Excellent. Regardless of cosmetic condition, each phone’s camera, display, and processing hardware all pass the same functional benchmarks. Trade-in credit can reduce the starting price further.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+

Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ (11″, 128GB, Wi-Fi, Silver)

$300 List $250 Excellent

The A11+ occupies a useful middle ground in Samsung’s tablet lineup: large enough to work on comfortably, light enough to hold for extended reading or streaming sessions, and priced where most buyers are actually shopping rather than where the marketing tends to point. The 11-inch display at 1200 x 1920 gives it enough resolution for video that holds up at the sizes the screen supports. The 6GB of RAM handles document work, media, and web browsing without the bottleneck that lower-memory Android tablets hit under moderate load. USB-C handles connectivity, the front webcam supports video calls, and 128GB of internal storage covers most use patterns without requiring aggressive file management, and is easily expandable via SD card.

Samsung released the A11+ in 2025, and it supports Android’s current operating system. Back Market lists it at $250 in Excellent condition against a list price of $300. The value gap here is narrower than the other two products in this post, but the trade-in program applies equally. A device at this price with room to reduce further via trade-in credit sits in the range where the math becomes easy.

Samsung Galaxy Watch7

Samsung Galaxy Watch7 (44mm, Bluetooth + Cellular)

$238 List $125 Back Market (Fair) $131 (Excellent)

The Galaxy Watch7 covers the health and fitness tracking functions that have become standard for the category: continuous heart rate monitoring, calorie tracking, GPS for outdoor activities, and cellular connectivity that keeps the watch functional independent of a paired phone. The 44mm aluminum case keeps the weight at around an ounce on the wrist. At 1.70 inches, the display is large enough to navigate without the precision required by smaller watch faces.

List price on the Watch7 is $238. Back Market lists it at $125 in Fair condition, but for only $6 more you can get it in Excellent condition for roughly half of retail. For a smartwatch with cellular capability, that’s an ultra-competitive entry point by any measure, and trade-in credit can move the number lower still.
