Courtesy of an FCC filing, some details have turned up on a hot new tri-band GSM cameraphone from Samsung. The SGH-D410, which closely resembles the SCH-170 (pictured at right) that’s been announced for the South Korean market, has a swiveling digital camera at the top of the phone and looks like it might be the first phone from Samsung to be available in the States (unless you want to count that Matrix phone) to have a sliding design where the top part of the phone slides away from the bottom to reveal a keypad.
