A GPS receiver for Pocket PCs and Palms that’s been squeezed down to fit into an SD expansion slot is coming from iGolf Technologies in November. There are already a few GPS receivers for Pocket PCs that use CompactFlash slots, but so far no one else has been able to make one small enough to fit into an SDIO slot.
