One of the things that makes San Diego Comic-Con such a truly special place is the clear passion and joy of the fans who attend—and that goes double for the cosplayers. The craftsmanship and creativity on display is always next level. And while you always expect to see a variety of fandoms represented in costume, there’s a special charm in seeing such different characters all existing in the same space. Where else are you going to see someone dressed as Wilson the volleyball from Cast Away standing next to Chun-Li from Street Fighter? It’s absolutely magical.
