It is a great year for nerd icons in Hollywood. We’ve already had a look at Benedict Cumberbatch as Alan Turing, and now, we’re finally getting a peek at Stephen Hawking, co-ed, in the first full-length trailer for The Theory of Everything.
From what we can see so far, the movie is going to attempt to be pretty epic in scope, going from college to marriage to diagnosis to veneration and everything in between. Which is a lot to pack into a few hours—but then again, Stephen Hawking’s had a undeniably colossal life. Here’s to hoping they pull it off.
