I gave up on trying to get Xvid and Divx stuff working on the 360 until this came out. It works great for streaming movies so far. The only drawback is that it doesn't let you do fast forward or rewind. I had trouble with it at first because the file names were too long but it was easy to fix. I suggest you try it out.
