I have no idea where Batman Vs. The Duck Squadron! came from, but Francavilla’s looking to get 50,000 people behind the idea in order to get DC Comics’ attention. As a fan of his work on the Zorro comic, Tobin’s Marvel writing and the ludicrousness of the concept, I’m asking all of you: Make this happen. Even if they’re not serious, call their bluff and let DC know that Batman needs to fight a squadron of ducks if he’s to maintain any credibility as a crimefighter. You know it makes sense.
